Henson Construction Co. provides professional construction services in the areas of pre-construction and value engineering. Our wide range of projects gives us the opportunity to deal with many types of building methods and products. We will integrate our past construction experience with the project team. Our input on available and economical construction methods allow us to complete a project more efficiently, in budget and ahead of schedule.

Our experienced personnel have a proven track record in understanding what is required on a construction project. When you hire our firm you are not going to get an inexperienced project manager or superintendent. Our committed personnel know the demands of the project and this experience allows for a total project quality control.

Henson Construction is proud of an excellent safety record. The past 5 years Henson Construction  Co. has been recognized by the Associated General Contractors of America for having a Zero Incidence Rate (50,000 work hours) and received an award for being 25% below building division incidence rate. Henson’s excellent safety record has allowed them to earn an experience modifier of .80 (20% credit) on workers compensation insurance. This savings goes direct to the project allowing the owner to benefit from lower workers compensation insurance expense, which allows our firm to perform work more economically than our competitors.

Henson Construction Co. is a financially solid company. Our financial strength has allowed our firm to earn one of the lowest rates for performance and payment bonds.

We utilize a team approach on every project. A project manager/estimator is assigned at the start of the project. Under the project manager, we assign a field superintendent who manages the daily work on the jobsite.The project team is maintained until the project is completed. The team approach insures continuity and quality control during the construction process.
